Dumbbells = 50/35lbs RX+65/70/75 – 45/50/55 MRX35/20

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals or 4min.*This is 28 minutes worth of Tabata training and 12min rest for a total of 40min.
