These are two of the newest CrossFit Kids who will very soon be giving their parents a run for their money in a few short years! Both Hayes and Kennedy are kind, respectful, hardworking and bad to the bone! These apples definitely didn’t fall far from the tree and I know James and Amber are very proud of them! I am so glad to have the whole family at CFHSV and I can’t wait to watch these little guys grow!
