The man the myth the legend! Chris T is an absolute beast but you might not know because of how humble he is. He’s part of the elite 6:15 crew that shuts the gym down every night. He’s surrounded by a lovely family that all CrossFit together in the same class and we look forward to seeing Chris and family every night. He’s also my stunt double and we’re often mistaken for one another. Keep showin us how it’s done and with class all the way…my man!
Chris is a STUD !!!! Strong, fast, determined, a complete CrossFit athlete !!! Love him and his family !
Chris! I love this picture! This man is a beast. He is as kind as he is strong. Chris closes the gym down every single day. He is skilled with his body weight movements and he can also move a barbell. Chris always has a smile on his face as he walks through the door and I always enjoy my conversations with him. He is lucky enough to have his family surrounding him and throwing down with him. This family brings so much to CFHSV and we are lucky to have them!
