TEAM Chipper WOD

For Time:
100 KBS (1 works reps, 1 holds KB Goblet Squat)

80 Barbell Push-Ups (both in plank alternating)

60 Deadlifts (1works reps, 1 holds Barbell at top)

40 WB Sit-Ups (partner passing over barbell)

20 Burpee Pull-ups (1works, 1hangs on bar )

10 Ground to Overhead (1works reps, 1 holds Barbell front rack)

5 Muscle-Ups bar or ring (1works, 1 holds dip lock out)
1k Row (1works, 1 holds Barbell Overhead)

Loads = 135/95 RX+155/105 MRX 95/65

WB Sit-ups = 20/14lbs MRX 20/10lbs
