(Rules = Athletes must switch every 400m; 1 in Low Plank / 1 Rowing)

Partner 1 – 10 Pull-ups MRX Ring Rows

Partner 2 – 10 Pull-ups

Partner 1 – 10 Dumbbell Push-up (Right arm)

Partner 2 – 10 Dumbbell Push-up (Right arm)

Partner 1 – 10 Dumbbell Snatch (Right arm)

Partner 2 – 10 Dumbbell Snatch (Right arm)

Partner 1 – 10 Dumbbell Push-up (Left arm)

Partner 2 – 10 Dumbbell Push-up (Left arm)

Partner 1 – 10 Dumbell Snatch (Left arm)

Partner 2 – 10 Dumbell Snatch (Left arm)

Partner 1 – 10 Toes to Bar or WallBall Sit-ups

Partner 2 – 10 Toes to Bar or Wallball Sit-ups

Dumbbells = 50/35lbs RX+65/70/75 – 45/50/55 MRX35/20

    Score: Nobody really knows Clair had us overachieving today.
    Note:
    Don’t team up in Team WODS with Clair she will chew you up and spit you out.
