Warm up:

Spend 3 minutes on the following: 5 strict ring rows, 15 second plank hold.

Skill work:

Spend 10 minutes practicing skills and drills on the chest to bar pull-up.

Workout:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of: 15 Chest to bar pull-ups 30 second Ring L-sit hold
