Run 600m, rest 2:00

Run 400m, rest 1:30

Run 200m, rest 1:00

Run 200m, rest 1:00

Run 400m, rest 1:30

Run 600m, rest 2:00

**try to stay within +/- 5 seconds on each 200m, 400m and 600m

EMOM for 5:00

Sprint 100m

meet at CFHSV at 8am
