Bad to the bone…another one! Kayla hasn’t skipped a beat with baby in tow. She was dedicated to her fitness before and has maintained in a wonderful way through her pregnancy. I will never not be in awe of what you moms are capable of while carrying and the bounce back that follows. Kayla doing what she does and making the difficult look easy. She’s strong, she’s skilled, and knows how to go hard. You rock young lady and soon you’ll be rockin that bundle of joy

So proud of all she has accomplished in her CrossFit career and her pregnancy journey so far! She is definitely one hell of an athlete! Comes in everyday willing to do everything she can to be her best without complaining, even though she’s doing one of the hardest things in life, carrying our child. That’s just one of the few things I love about her! 9 more weeks and our little man will be cheering you on with me! I admire you babe, keep it up!
