WOD: “Tag Team Fat and Long Fight Gone Bad” 3 rounds for max reps in 2 minutes of: WBS 20/14 SDHP 95/65 Box Jumps 30″/24″ Push Press 95/65 Row for calories Only 1 minute rest between rounds. *RULES* Similar to FGB, however only one athlete can work at a time. Each athlete must complete at least 1 rep/calorie for each exercise. The athletes can break up their work and rest cycles as they prefer.
