  1. I was reading through posts yesterday and realized that I posted wrong weight on the 2rep Bear build up. I got 200lbs NOT 205lbs. Thanks for your understanding in advance CrossFit Huntsville!

  2. Don! This man is strong and tough as nails! Don is a staple at CFHSV and has been for quite some time. He always has a friendly hello and kind words as he walks through the door. He works hard on both strengths and weaknesses day in and day out. He makes CFHSV a better place!
