5km (3.1mi) Prep Run for Upcoming Huntsvlle Color Run on 27 September.
Rest 3-5 min once finished with 5km run then conduct Sled Sprint Drills
4 sets 50m sprint (25m out, 25m back)
Sled weight is moderate to allow the ability to run. Rest as needed between sprints.
