WOD: “Fight Gone Bad” In this workout, athletes move from each of five stations after one minute for a total of 3 rounds. This is a 5 minute round from which a 1 minute break is allowed before repeating. The stations are: WBS 20/14 10′ for reps Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75/55 for reps Box Jumps 24″/20″ for reps Push Press 75/55 for reps Row for caloriesThe clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On the call of “rotate”, athletes must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep and each calorie.
