*You move through the workout using the same format as the song. Complete 1 Power Snatch, then 2 Thrusters and 1 Power Snatch, then 3 SDHP, 2 Thrusters and 1 Power Snatch. Time stops when you finish all 12 exercises.

Young Kohana reppin the bell to standard! This little girl has come a long way from CrossFit Kids to showin up regularly with her dad and throwing down with the best of them. She’s quiet but got plenty personality If pressed. She comes from a great family and she represents them, herself, and CFHSV every time she walks in the door. Keep it up young lady!
