Warm up: Spend 3 minutes cycling through the following: 5 squat jumps, 5 kipping swings, and 5 parallette sit-throughs. Workout: “Cindy” Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats Cool down: Instctor led group stretch.
