WOD: “Hope” 3 rounds of: burpees power snatch 75/55 box jumps 24″/20″ thrusters 75/55 CTB pull ups “Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout, you move from each of the 5 stations after 1 minute. This is a 5 minute round from which a 1 minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On the call of “rotate” the athletes must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep. Score = total reps from all exercises and all rounds.
