WOD:“FIGHT GONE BAD” 3 rounds for max reps in 1 minute of: WBS 20/14 10′ sumo deadlift high pull 75/55 box jumps 20″ push press 75/55 row for calories rest 1 minute between rounds In this workout, you move from each of five stations after one minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one minute break is allowed before repeating. On the call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to the next station immediately for the best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. Total score is points for all 3 rounds.
