Congratulations to everyone who participated in yesterday’s first ever CROSSFIT HUNTSVILLE vs. CROSSFIT IMPULSE THROWDOWN! It was a great event and Dennis did an excellent job of keeping the event running smoothly and efficiently! All of our CrossFit Huntsville athletes did a fantastic job and I am proud to say that we WON the event (and the shake weight!!!!)!!! I would also like to thank Mandee, Patrick, Cole, and Tracey for performing so well under pressure and putting it on the line for the CFHSV team in a series of call-outs. Cole and Tracey won their respective call outs and both Mandee and Patrick were within a handful of reps from winning their call outs. A big thanks also goes out to everyone who volunteered to count reps or serve as a judge—things were chaotic at times and you all did a great job and the event could not have happened without you. In addition, each and every person who came to support the event and cheer on our athletes helped to make yesterday a success. Thank you all—and I can’t wait for next time!
