Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Burpee Pull-ups
10 Shuttle Runs (50′ = 1 rep)
*Add 5 Burpee Pull-ups after each round*
Scaled all ages = perform Burpees instead of Burpee Pull-ups
OPEN WOD 23.2b
Immediately following 23.2a, athletes will have 5 minutes to establish:
1 Rep Max Thruster (from the floor)

Friday classes are reserved only for athletes participating in the Open.
If you are NOT participating in the Open, please do not attend regular class on Friday 2/17, 2/24 or 3/3.
