WallBall Sit-Ups 20/14 MRX 20/10lbs

Dumbbell Snatch Left Arm

Dumbbell Right Arm Thrusters

Dumbbell Step-Ups 24/20″ MRX 20/18″

Pull-Ups MRX Ring Rows

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals or 4min. *This is 28 minutes worth of Tabata training and 12min rest for a total of 40min.
