WOD: 1RM Timed Test Day A. In 10 minutes, build up to a 1RM strict press B. In 10 minutes, build up to a 1RM back squat C. In 10 minutes, build up to a 1Rm bench press D. In 10 minutes, build up to a 1RM deadlift CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

Row Training

Run 1200m & Row 1200m for time

rest 4 minutes

Row 800m & Run 800m for time

rest 3 minutes

Run 400m & Row 400m for time

rest 2 minutes

Row 200m & Run 200m for time

rest 1 minute

Run 100m & Row 100m

meet at CFHSV at 8am

REMINDER: We will be hosting the Open at 12pm for all participating CFHSV athletes! Please arrive early to warm up on your own. BBOLC in canceled.
