Running & Endurance
The focus of the CrossFit Huntsville Running & Endurance programming is to improve running efficiency, increase aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, and have fun! While the majority of the class focuses on running, this class sometimes incorporates other CrossFit movements as well. These will be challenging but manageable workouts, and like all CrossFit workouts, can be scaled for each individual’s needs.
