Kayla showin us the standard and pulling off the ‘not so easy’ push-up to perfection. Kayla is always up for the challenge and puts in the work so she’s ready! She can run like the wind, has become a butterfly on the pull-bar, and keeps getting stronger. Keep grinding young lady

Chest touching.. feet close together.. thighs of the ground.. arms locked at the top… my wife will show all y’all “MOFOs” how it’s done! ( Nate’s terminology )

Her efforts inside and outside the gym have done some tremendous improvements to her fitness. While I’m in my famous crouched position, gasping for air, here she comes, chasing me down in the WOD! I love her resilience and competitiveness within her training! Keep up the grind babe!

Kayla doing what she does! Working hard, moving well, and always holding the standard like a pro. This lady has grown so much as an athlete since she first walked through our doors. She was coachable and receptive to feedback from the start, and she’s just continued to get stronger, faster, fitter and more skilled. Kayla never lacks in effort and is always willing to lay it all on the line. She also manages to find the energy to motivate and cheer for those around her, and is always quick to share an encouraging word. I’ve got no doubt this lady will continue to excel in and out of the gym. Keep after it, Kayla! 😃

Kayla! That’s one picture perfect push-up! This girl fights hard and always has good form and technique. She’s been putting in extra work for months and it shows. It’s been fun to watch Kayla grow as a CrossFitter. She’s strong, fast has a solid foundation to build on! Keep doing what you’re doing!

The nicest comments left and right! I appreciate every coach who has taken the time to teach me good form/technique and really set the standard. When I first started CrossFit 2 years ago I never intended to do anything more than just show up to class and maybe break a sweat but now I’m able to RX workouts and train extra after... but tbh this is just the beginning! Overall, I’m thankful to call CrossFit Huntsville my second home and I can’t wait to keep working hard to accomplish every goal I’ve set for myself.
